WiSER Mentorship Program
Exclusive to WiSER Pioneers, this program pairs participants with senior industry mentors to support career growth and leadership development.
The WiSER Mentorship Program is structured in two key phases:
- Mentees will complete talent development questionnaires through an online portal to gain insight into their personality, preferences, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- This data will be compiled into a personalized report and discussed in a one-on-one feedback session with a professional consultant.
- Mentors will be matched with up to two mentees based on strengths and areas for improvement.
- Each mentor-mentee pair will meet at least once a month (60-90 minutes per session) to set objectives, discuss career growth, and work on skill-building (completing a minimum of 5 hours).
- At the last meeting, both parties will determine whether the objectives of the relationship have been met as well as the level of competence and growth that mentor and mentee have both reached.
